Termas de Alcafache is a thermal spa and wellness destination in Portugal’s Beira Alta region, set in the Dão River valley. Operating since 1962, the spa combines therapeutic bathing, medical guidance and relaxation services. Its sulfurous, bicarbonate-rich, sodium-rich waters are drawn from depths of 50 and 150 metres and emerge at around 50°C.
