TerraGreen Solutions GmbH

TerraGreen Solutions is a Berlin-based company that develops and manages ecological compensation measures for landowners, project developers and municipalities. Its end-to-end service supports projects subject to German nature-conservation and planning requirements, including the Federal Building Code (BauGB) and Federal Nature Conservation Act (BNatSchG). TerraGreen coordinates the process from identifying suitable land and matching it to a project through planning, authority communication, approvals, implementation and monitoring.

The company connects landowners seeking to put their property to productive use with organisations needing compensatory or replacement measures. Services for landowners include land assessment and potential lease or sale arrangements, with clear contracts and defined terms. For project developers, TerraGreen offers access to a portfolio of potential compensation areas, project and cost coordination, and support with documentation and permitting. Its digital platform uses GIS-based analysis and algorithmic matching to assess sites, availability and development potential. TerraGreen also works with specialist partners on implementation and maintenance, and provides monitoring and auditable records.
