Terra Physiotherapy

Terra Physiotherapy is a women’s health and movement clinic in Mudgeeraba, Queensland, providing evidence-based physiotherapy and Pilates for women at every stage of life. Led by Tiele, a physiotherapist with more than 20 years of clinical experience, Terra offers individualised care for pregnancy and postpartum recovery, pelvic pain, pelvic organ prolapse and pessary management, and the perimenopause and menopause transition.
