Après plusieurs années dans le conseil viti-vinicole pour l’un, et dans la communication pour l’autre, Thomas et Charlotte s’installent à Terre de l’Élu (Clos de L’Élu) en janvier 2008. Guidés par leur passion et leur enthousiasme, et avec l’appui de l’équipe du domaine, ils conduisent leurs vignes en agriculture biologique et créent des vins d’artisans, vinifiés sans artifice.
