Terres Froides Basket

Terres Froides Basket (TFB) is a community basketball club serving female and male players across youth and senior age groups. Its teams range from mixed under-five, under-seven and under-nine groups to under-13, under-15 and under-18 squads, as well as several senior teams. The club provides a basketball school and training opportunities for players at different stages of development, with activities designed to support skill-building and participation.

Beyond competitive basketball, TFB offers recreational basketball, multisport activities and Cardio Renfo sessions that combine cardio exercise with muscle strengthening. Its multisport programme introduces participants to activities including athletics, combat sports and racket sports. The club also runs events and seasonal development programmes, such as autumn basketball camps led by its qualified coaches, where players can work on their game.

TFB shares practical resources for members, including training schedules, licence information and guidance on online registration. It also provides a club shop featuring branded clothing and textiles, and works with partners to support its activities.
