Territoria Consultores

Territoria Consultores is a Chilean consultancy founded in 2009 in the O’Higgins Region. With more than 100 projects delivered across seven regions, it supports businesses, public institutions and communities in advancing productive development and sustainable territorial growth. The company is an SERCOTEC intermediary operator in O’Higgins and Valparaíso, and focuses particularly on helping micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.

Its services span five areas: tourism project development, social and community programs, training and knowledge transfer, business advisory, and environmental advisory. Territoria helps clients develop sustainable tourism initiatives, strengthen local capacities, improve business management and tender submissions, and address environmental compliance and sustainability. Its multidisciplinary approach incorporates environmental, social and governance criteria and promotes local development.

The firm has worked with organizations including Minera Los Pelambres, SERCOTEC, CORFO and INDAP. Projects with Minera Los Pelambres have helped local suppliers identify business-management gaps and improve the quality of their bids through diagnostics, tailored guidance and practical exercises. Territoria offers in-person, hybrid and remote support, with offices in Machalí and Viña del Mar.
