Terry Barber

Terry Barber is an internationally acclaimed countertenor known for his extraordinary range and stylistic versatility. With an impressive career that includes being a soloist at renowned venues like the Metropolitan Opera and Carnegie Hall, as well as collaborations with Grammy-winning artists such as Madonna and Chanticleer, Barber's vocal prowess has been showcased on recordings for every major record label. Aside from his classical accomplishments, Barber's recent focus has been on captivating audiences with his solo performances.

He offers diverse programs that cater to different musical preferences, ranging from light musical theater and popular favorites to unique arrangements of world-famous melodies in multiple languages. His Christmas Presence album, produced by seventeen-time Grammy-winning Steven Epstein, highlights his versatility and features a duet with opera star Denyce Graves. In addition to his performing career, Barber is also the founder of Artist for a Cause Inc., a non-profit organization that supports visual and performing artists in community improvement initiatives.

With his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in vocal performance, as well as his teaching experience at Trinity College, Barber is devoted to promoting the importance of arts education and classical foundations within the arts.
