About Tersmerdiven
Tersmerdiven is a Turkish online shopping platform built around open descending-price auctions. Products and services start at their listed prices, then their prices decrease every second. Shoppers can wait for a lower price, but the first person to select “buy” wins at the price shown and locks it for their purchase. The platform features electronics, home appliances, household services and other goods, with listings that have included Apple AirPods, an Arçelik refrigerator, a Philips air fryer, a Decathlon tent, sofa cleaning and silver jewelry.
Tersmerdiven says auction prices are calculated on its servers, so participants see the same price at the same time, and it presents its pricing as transparent, without artificial scarcity. Purchases require an SMS-verified phone number. Once a reservation is made, it is held for 15 minutes; after payment is confirmed, products are shipped, while service buyers receive coupon details. The site also publishes information on distance sales, privacy, returns and cancellations, helping shoppers understand the terms before buying.
