Testamentum

Testamentum is a digital platform that helps people understand and plan how their estate may be distributed. Its guided process explains inheritance rules and related taxes in clear, accessible language, helping users see what may happen under the legal default and consider whether that matches their wishes. An inheritance simulator shows how assets and wealth could be divided, and users can adjust their preferred distribution.

The platform lets people work at their own pace, save their information securely and return to it later. Testamentum also provides updates about changes to inheritance legislation, helping users keep their plans current. Users can prepare a will themselves or use the platform to organize information and preparatory work before consulting a notary, who can formalize and store the document.

By making estate planning easier to understand and manage, Testamentum aims to help users reduce time, research and notary costs, while supporting thoughtful decisions about beneficiaries, personal wishes and potential inheritance taxes.
