Test-Tudat Központ is a martial arts and personal development centre led by Ambruzs Szabolcs in Budapest, with education also offered in Budakeszi. Its approach connects physical training with self-awareness, aiming to help people develop balance between strength and sensitivity, body and mind. The centre presents martial arts not only as physical practice, but also as a path of learning and personal growth.

Its offerings include Shaolin Kung Fu instruction, covering foundational exercises, weapons and wooden-dummy practice, as well as free combat and combat training. The programme also features women’s combat classes, meditation and Chi Kung. Alongside these group activities, the centre provides individual and group self-development processes and personal coaching through Test-Tudat Consulting.

The centre’s work also explores Chan teachings and koans, linking martial practice and meditation with reflection on everyday challenges. Its stated mission is to support participants in engaging with fear, tension, pain and personal strength, and to integrate physical and mental experience. Test-Tudat Központ serves people interested in martial arts, meditation and a broader process of self-knowledge.
