Tetelestai Homes

Tetelestai Homes is an Idaho luxury home builder creating custom and spec homes throughout the Treasure Valley, including Eagle, Star, Middleton, Caldwell, and Meridian. Founded by Jacob Stone, the company combines hands-on construction experience with the design direction of lead designer Melissa Stone. Its approach pairs American craftsmanship with design influences drawn from travel in the United States, France, and Italy.

Tetelestai builds approximately 8 to 10 spec homes each year while reserving capacity for 2 to 3 custom projects. Each custom home is designed for its owners and is never built from a recycled floor plan. Clients work with the in-house design team through a streamlined, collaborative process focused on timeless architecture, functional living, and long-term value.

The company offers move-in-ready homes, homes under construction, and pre-selling properties, alongside fully personalized custom builds. Its move-in-ready package includes furnishings, a designer consultation for decor changes, one year of landscaping maintenance, and a week of meals. Tetelestai describes its work as guided by integrity, intention, and lasting value.
