Tetőtől Talpig

Tetőtől Talpig Fejlesztő Alapítvány is a Hungarian nonprofit foundation established in September 2015 to support children and adults with central nervous system-related needs and developmental delays. Its approach also recognizes the importance of helping families, treating each family as a whole and involving parents in the development process where appropriate. The foundation offers TSMT, early development, complex developmental support, school preparation and Alapozó therapy.

Its work draws on conductive education, a developmental and educational approach that encourages purposeful activity, active learning and greater independence in everyday life. Before recommending a movement therapy, specialists conduct a comprehensive assessment, discuss the results with the family and provide a written evaluation. The foundation serves clients at locations in Érd, Budapest and Szombathely.

For young children, parents can often attend sessions and take part in the learning process; older children may work individually with a therapist when appropriate. Families can pay per session or choose four- or eight-session passes, and the foundation invites supporters to contribute through Hungary’s personal income tax donation scheme
