Texas Events is a private-chef dining service created by Bar and Alex for people who love gathering around a generous, welcoming table. The brand brings the spirit of a Texas-style steakhouse to a location and date chosen by the client, shaping each menu to suit the occasion. Its food centers on thick, substantial cuts of meat, such as ribeye, porterhouse, T-bone and picanha, grilled over high heat and charcoal to develop a deep crust while keeping the inside juicy.

The meat is sliced and served to guests after cooking. Carefully prepared accompaniments complete the experience, including potatoes, corn, beans, salads, bread and sauces inspired by the flavors of the American South.
