Texas Hill Country Wineries (THCW) is a dynamic non-profit trade association dedicated to promoting the Texas Hill Country AVA and its member wineries. Founded in 1999 by a group of visionary winemakers, THCW has rapidly expanded to over 60 member wineries, encompassing a vibrant community of wine enthusiasts from Austin to Fredericksburg and beyond. THCW focuses on raising awareness about the exceptional wines emerging from this unique region, which spans 9 million acres and boasts around 1,000 acres of flourishing vineyards.
The association hosts several signature events throughout the year, including the Wine Lovers Celebration and the Christmas Wine Affair, offering visitors immersive experiences through self-guided tours and tastings.
