The Texas Progressive Caucus (TXPC) is an independent organization dedicated to strengthening the Texas Democratic Party and enhancing its impact. It was formed by a coalition of progressive organizations and leaders with the goal of building diverse coalitions, passing strategic enhancements, and supporting new progressive leaders joining the Democratic Party of Texas. The mission of TXPC is to build and strengthen the Democratic Party and other Party organizations, aiming to become a powerful force in state, federal, and local government.
