Texas Star Party

Hello To All of You! A very sad announcement: It is with a sad heart that I have to announce to all that our dearest friend John Wagoner, mentor to many and our beloved friend has passed. Saturday, December 11, 2021, John left Earth on his journey to the stars and heaven’s firmament above. May all the universe gain new luster and receive John with open arms. We will all miss you greatly John. Your friendship and your contributions will always be held very close and remembered always. Those whose lives you have touched are the better for knowing you. It has been an honor to have you as a friend. Rest in peace. You will be missed. With the deepest of condolences to John’s friends, family and all who knew him from Texas Star Party management, volunteers, fellow attendees and astronomers everywhere.
