UsedFULLY

UsedFULLY® is a pioneering initiative dedicated to transforming the clothing and textile industry in Aotearoa, New Zealand, towards a sustainable, circular economy. Launched in 2016, the Textile Reuse Programme brings together businesses and organizations involved in textiles to collaboratively develop solutions that address the climate crisis and promote resource efficiency. Members benefit from opportunities such as co-designing industry futures, attending workshops and events, and gaining access to a range of valuable resources, including environmental reporting tools and sustainable consultancy services.

The program focuses on reducing waste through the reprocessing of used textiles, thereby minimizing environmental degradation and conserving valuable resources. By aligning its efforts with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, UsedFULLY® fosters innovation, responsible consumption, and climate action, ensuring a collective effort towards a low-carbon future.
