About TGC-1
Founded in 2005, PAO "TGK-1" is a leading producer of electrical and thermal energy in the Northwest region of Russia, unifying 52 power stations across four Russian Federation subjects: St. Petersburg, the Republic of Karelia, Leningrad, and Murmansk Oblasts. Of particular interest is their unique production asset structure, with 40% of its installed capacity dedicated to hydroelectric generation, comprising around 40 hydroelectric power plants.
In addition, PAO "TGK-1" operates 12 thermal power plants strategically supplying thermal energy to residents and businesses in St. Petersburg, Petrozavodsk, Murmansk, Kirovsk, and Apatity. Furthermore, the company invests heavily in environmental protection, energy efficiency, and ecological safety.
On the Moscow Stock Exchange, their shares are listed in the main trading sector and the Classica sector, and are included in the "First Level" List of Securities. Majority-owned by "Gazprom Energy Holding" (51. 79%), PAO "TGK-1" is dedicated to sustainable energy production and environmental responsibility
