The Türkiye Wrestling Federation is the national governing body for wrestling in Türkiye and operates under the Ministry of Youth and Sports. It supports and organizes the sport across the country, with a network of provincial representatives, clubs, coaches, referees, and athletes. The federation oversees freestyle, Greco-Roman, and women’s wrestling, as well as beach wrestling, and coordinates national teams competing in domestic and international events.

Its work includes scheduling championships, leagues, training camps, and tournaments; publishing competition rules, results, and official announcements; and supporting athlete development through youth programs and Olympic preparation centers. The federation also provides information about coaching courses, athlete documentation, national team rosters, and participation in events. Its website features wrestling news, calendars, athlete profiles, photographs, and videos, alongside resources for clubs and members. With more than 2,000 clubs and over 217,000 licensed athletes reported on its site, the federation serves as a central hub for Turkish wrestling, promoting participation, competition, and the development of athletes at all levels.
