Telegram Register is an independent public register of Telegram channels and groups, providing measured subscriber counts, growth histories, and trust signals. It tracks public usernames and verifies entries by measuring them directly from Telegram, rather than relying on figures submitted by channel owners. Counts are remeasured daily, and the register records snapshots when subscriber numbers change.

Users can search and browse listings by subscriber size, the language used in posts, and how recently a channel published. The site also highlights risers and fallers, ranking subscriber gains and losses both by number and relative share, with minimum thresholds to limit misleading results from very small accounts. Rankings are segmented by size band and show the observation interval; growth rates are not extrapolated.

Telegram Register also provides a groups register, measurement methodology, engagement baselines as open data, and a process for corrections and disputes. It distinguishes verified, measured entries from usernames awaiting a scan, which are excluded from published coverage totals.
