Thaagam Foundation, a non-governmental organization, is dedicated to improving the lives of all living beings. Our mission, inspired by the Tamil word thaagam meaning thirst, is to serve humanity. We firmly believe that humanity encompasses not only people but also animals and the environment.

Since our establishment in 2018, we have been committed to feeding the homeless and providing medical treatment and education to the underprivileged. We also bring joy to children in orphanages by providing them with essential items and recreational activities. Additionally, we are actively involved in feeding and rescuing stray dogs, as well as planting trees for a greener and healthier environment.

As a registered organization under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, we operate on a charitable and not-for-profit basis. Our transparency has been recognized through the receipt of 12AA and 80G Certificates from the Income Tax Department. We are proud to collaborate with the United Nations on their Global Compact Program to develop pioneering policies.
