Thames Motorcycle Club is a motorcycle trials club established in 1983, welcoming riders of all abilities, from complete beginners to experienced competitors. The club groups riders according to ability, helping members take part at a suitable level. Its programme includes club trials at venues such as Hungry Hill and Bagshot Heath, as well as events organised jointly with other clubs.
The calendar features a range of competitions, including winter and charity trials, and events for different motorcycle classes. Members receive a monthly newsletter with results from recent trials and information about upcoming dates and locations. The club also shares event programmes, entry notices, competition results and news through its website, alongside a gallery, links and items for sale.
Membership is available through the ACU membership portal, which the club identifies as the only way to join. Thames Motorcycle Club is supported by a committee comprising a president, chairman, secretary and treasurer, and works with fellow clubs and volunteers to organise trials and welcome participants
