Thanks-Giving Foundation is a Dallas-based organization dedicated to bringing people together through gratitude, goodwill, unity, and respect for diversity. Its central gathering place, Thanks-Giving Square, has served the community for nearly 50 years. Created in 1964 by four Dallas businessmen, the Square is an urban garden, architectural landmark, and welcoming place for contemplation, rest, and shared experiences in downtown Dallas.

Located at 1627 Pacific Avenue, the Square includes a garden open daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., the Chapel of Thanks-Giving, open daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and the Hall of Thanks-Giving, available for special events or by appointment. The garden, chapel, and hall may also be rented for private events, subject to availability. Visitors can explore the site’s art and architecture, consult visitor guides in multiple languages, and access historical archives. The Foundation also offers community programs and events, including Kindness Week, the Good City Stories Project, and a poetry project.
