Thaqafat is an Arabic cultural website founded in 2012 to share literature, the arts, and ideas from an enlightening, positive perspective. It brings together writing and cultural coverage for readers interested in creative work, intellectual discussion, and developments in science. Its content is organized into sections including texts, arts, reviews, essays, features, thought, mysteries, and science.

The site publishes poetry, fiction, interviews, literary criticism, book reviews, and commentary on writers, artists, and cultural events. Its articles explore subjects ranging from Arab and world literature to philosophy, history, society, and the visual arts. Readers can also find coverage of scientific discoveries and technology, alongside features on cultural figures and artistic movements. A dedicated library section presents books and titles for download, including poetry, novels, and critical studies. Thaqafat’s broad editorial mix offers a shared space for Arabic-language writing, cultural inquiry, and the exchange of ideas, serving readers who want to discover creative voices and engage with contemporary and historical topics.
