That Bread Lady is a brand that revolves around a passion for baking. Heather Thomas, the face behind the brand, is a professional baker with a love for creating delicious bread recipes and providing expert instruction. Located in Mesa, Arizona, Heather and her family enjoy the traditions they have established, including baking together.
Heather's journey started in 2010 when she began her baking business, specializing in homemade wheat bread. Her bakery, That Bread Lady, quickly gained popularity through word of mouth and began supplying thousands of baked goods each month to loyal customers and local retailers. After running a successful bakery for a decade, Heather decided to expand her love for baking beyond her community.
She now focuses on sharing her expertise and helping others become baking pros through her Baking Academy. Whether you're a novice or experienced baker, That Bread Lady offers virtual baking classes that provide step-by-step instructions to enhance your baking skills. With That Bread Lady, everything is better with bread!
