THAT Brewery is a brand that caters to beer enthusiasts, foodies, nature lovers, and adventure seekers. Owned by Tamara and Steve Morken, the brewery was established in Pine, Arizona after they converted their previous venture, Rimside Grill & Cabins, into THAT Brewery & Pub. With extensive experience in recipe creation, inventory control, marketing, and brewing, the couple has gained valuable insight into the craft beer industry.
Steve Morken, with over 18 years of experience in the corporate world, brings business expertise to the table, while Tamara Morken's background at Honeywell Aerospace focuses on customer service, sales, and marketing development. The brewery also supports the local community through partnerships, such as with the Arizona Trail Association. Their official beer, THAT Arizona Trail Ale, helps maintain and build trails, bringing hikers into the charming town of Pine.
At THAT Brewery, you can enjoy a wide range of quality craft beers while embracing the beauty of nature and supporting a local business that values sustainability and community engagement
