Thawani is a Saudi Arabian delivery platform that connects customers with local stores through one mobile app. Currently available in Riyadh, it lets users browse nearby shops, choose products, and have orders delivered to their door. The service covers everyday needs, including groceries and medicines, and features fast delivery with real-time route optimization and live order tracking from store to doorstep.

The app offers smart search and AI-supported recommendations to help customers find products, alongside secure transactions and multiple payment options. Customers can also access exclusive offers and discounts, with support available around the clock. Thawani is designed for both shoppers and local businesses: store partners can reach more customers and use an analytics dashboard to better understand them. The company also invites delivery captains to join its network.

Customers can download the app from the App Store or Google Play. Thawani presents itself as a convenient way to shop from local stores, manage orders, and follow deliveries in real time, while helping businesses and delivery workers participate in the local delivery marketplace.
