THC

The Housing Connection (THC) is a disability support organisation serving people with disability in Sydney’s North Shore. For more than 40 years, it has focused on helping people live fulfilling, valued lives through personalised support, meaningful relationships and community connection. Its services are designed around each person’s goals, circumstances and NDIS funding.

THC offers Supported Independent Living for people with high support needs, Specialist Disability Accommodation, Individualised Living Options and drop-in support at home or in the community. Its NDIS services also include support coordination and plan management. Participants can access social groups and community participation opportunities, as well as the Tech Guru program, which provides technology assistance to support independent living skills and communication.

THC works with participants to develop tailored support plans and describes its approach as evidence-based, respectful and focused on individual outcomes. The organisation also shares resources, stories and information about its work, and invites people to support its community through donations, membership or volunteering.
