The Toulouse Hacking Convention (THCon) is a major cybersecurity conference held annually in Toulouse, France. This event brings together cybersecurity hobbyists, professionals, and researchers from all over the world. Since its inception in 2017, THCon has grown in popularity, with a record-breaking attendance of 1,800 international participants in 2022. The 2023 edition of THCon was a hybrid conference, combining in-person and remote sessions to accommodate even more attendees.

THCon offers two days of conferences focused on computer security, followed by a Capture The Flag (CTF) competition. During the CTF, participants put their hacking skills to the test by solving cybersecurity challenges. The goal is to score as many points as possible by finding vulnerabilities, exploiting flaws, and extracting data. Prizes for the winning teams include hacker equipment, t-shirts, and other surprises.

THCon has gained international influence, attracting participants from 12 countries and 4 continents. The conference is supported by two international cybersecurity challenge platforms. THCon also welcomes contributions from the cybersecurity community to create new challenges for future editions.
