THE DESTINY is a figure skating ice show produced by Japanese pair skaters Riku Miura and Ryuichi Kihara, known as “Rikuryu.” Inspired by the theme of destiny, the production celebrates the artistry of pair skating and ice dance, with an imaginative rink layout and show format designed to offer a distinctive viewing experience. It brings together leading skaters from Japan and around the world, including Olympic medalists, and aims to pass inspiration on to future generations across amateur and professional skating.

The show is presented at Tokyo Tatsumi Ice Arena, with scheduled performances from July 31 to August 2, 2026. Its creative direction and chief choreography are led by Canadian choreographer Kaitlyn Weaver, a former world championship silver medalist and two-time Olympic competitor. THE DESTINY also offers official merchandise, including event-themed apparel and commemorative items, with selected products available through online sales after the performances. Audiences can experience the production beyond the venue through announced television broadcasts, a live cinema relay, and online or cable live coverage of a performance.
