Sophia's passion for wine stems from her family's vineyard in Nova Scotia, Canada, where she gained hands-on experience in all aspects of winemaking. With qualifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), Sophia travels nationally and internationally to teach wine courses. The Drink Talking also offers online wine tastings covering a wide range of wines from around the world, including fortified and sparkling varieties.
