Fitness Factory Boxing Club 🥊

The Fitness Factory is a welcoming boxing, fitness and personal training gym based at Holbrook Industrial Estate in Halfway, Sheffield, serving the surrounding South Yorkshire and North East Derbyshire communities. Its aim is to help people of all ages build fitness and confidence through boxing, boxing fitness and circuit training. The gym’s fully trained and qualified boxing coaches offer encouragement and support, helping newcomers and experienced participants feel at ease.

Classes include children’s boxing for ages 5–10 and 10–17, adult boxing, low-impact Boxfit, youth development and general group fitness. Youth sessions may include combinations, footwork, bag work, circuits and ring work. Tailored group classes can be arranged for teams and clubs, while personal training is adapted to each participant’s fitness level and needs.
