the Geary

Geary Family Homestead is a vibrant online space created by Pat and Jim Geary, dedicated to sharing their passions for genealogy and crafts. Nestled in the picturesque Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, the homestead serves as a hub for family information, including an extensive genealogy research archive documenting both maternal and paternal lines.

In addition to genealogy, the site features Pat's Cross Stitch Corner, showcasing her recent projects and artistic endeavors in counted cross-stitching. Visitors can explore a variety of resources, including web design tutorials, templates, and tips that reflect Pat's journey in learning and sharing her web development expertise.

The Geary family dynamic is enriched by their love for pets, particularly their beloved dogs, Katie and Shadow, and their commitment to community through local organizations like the Massanutton Chapter of the NSDAR. With a focus on family, creativity, and continuous learning, the Geary Family Homestead is a warm invitation into their world.
