The IPG

The IPG is dedicated to supporting independent businesses by providing them with the resources, marketing support, and purchasing power they need to compete with larger national enterprises. Since its launch in 2013, The IPG has grown into a network of over 200 plumbing, heating, and bathroom stores nationwide. They work closely with industry-leading manufacturers and suppliers, fostering strong relationships within the industry.

The IPG's journey has been marked by significant milestones and achievements. From expanding their membership and welcoming their 100th member in 2015 to hosting their first-ever conference at Mercedes Benz World, they have consistently strived to empower their members and create networking opportunities. In 2020, they even launched their own e-commerce website to adapt to the challenges posed by the pandemic.

In 2021, The IPG moved to their current head office in Littlehampton and launched their first bathroom brochure, showcasing products from their supplier partners. They also hosted their largest conference yet in London and welcomed their 200th member based in Kent.

In 2022, The IPG released their second dual-branded bathroom brochure, further supporting and highlighting their members. Their strong charity partnership with Missing People has raised over £33,000 for the cause. Additionally, they launched a new website, providing a convenient platform for customers to discover and purchase the best brands locally at great prices.
