The Djoharian Collection is a family-run rug business with a heritage dating to 1967, specializing in hand-knotted Persian, Oriental, and contemporary carpets. The company sources rugs from traditional rug-making regions and curates pieces for homeowners, interior designers, and collectors. Its collection includes Persian, Afghan, Moroccan, Turkish, and tribal rugs, as well as kilims, flatweaves, Tibetan and Nepalese rugs, Qum silk rugs, and modern designer styles.
Shoppers can browse by size, material, design, or room, with options ranging from wool and silk to viscose and natural-fiber blends. Rugs are offered in varied conditions, including collector-quality originals, professionally restored pieces, and vintage rugs with a naturally worn or distressed appearance. Djoharian also provides a bespoke service, collaborating with clients and designers to create hand-knotted rugs in custom sizes, colors, textures, and materials.
The brand emphasizes skilled craftsmanship, durable natural fibers, and fair trade production. It offers worldwide shipping and professional rug-cleaning services, helping customers select and care for distinctive pieces intended to complement their interiors
