The 180 Center

The 180 Center is a Christ-centered nonprofit outreach based in New Haven, Connecticut, focused on addiction recovery, practical support, and helping people navigate life crises. Its mission is to restore hope and reconnect individuals with God, their families, and a supportive community through Biblical discipleship, conflict resolution training, and leadership development.

The center offers an 18-month discipleship program with guided phases of spiritual learning and personal growth. It also runs a Christian 12-step support program for men facing addiction, drawing on Biblical principles and scripture in the recovery process. Through its outreach program, The 180 Center welcomes people seven days a week, provides free weekday and Saturday breakfasts and lunches, and offers daytime shelter for people experiencing homelessness. Morning Bible studies provide encouragement and spiritual support.

The organization also shares news, newsletters, and building updates with its community. Its work is funded by donations from churches, partners, and individual supporters, which can be made by mail or through PayPal.
