The Able Label is a brand that designs high-quality, stylish clothes with adapted designs and hidden extras, making self-dressing easier for individuals with dressing difficulties. Created by Katie Ellis, the founder of The Able Label, the brand was born out of a personal need when Katie saw her grandmother struggle with dressing due to a Parkinson's diagnosis. Unable to find stylish and easy-to-wear clothing options, Katie took matters into her own hands and developed a range of adaptive clothing that not only looks great but also assists individuals with restricted movement or lack of finger dexterity.
The garments are designed to promote self-confidence and independence while considering the needs of caregivers for quicker, easier, and safer dressing. The Able Label aims to make dressing easier and more enjoyable for everyone who wears their clothing
