About The Alpine Project
The Alpine Project is a Georgian collective of IFMGA/GMGA-certified mountain guides, instructors, and athletes specializing in guided adventures across the Caucasus. With more than a decade of regional experience and international expedition backgrounds in the Himalayas, Tian Shan, Pamir, and Alps, the team offers activities for beginners and experienced adventurers alike. Safety is central to its trip planning and instruction, alongside a commitment to wilderness ethics and nature preservation.
Its services include mountaineering expeditions and courses, rock and ice climbing programs, ski touring and off-piste trips, private ski and snowboard lessons, catskiing, and heliskiing. The company also offers hiking, biking, single-day eMTB rides, and multi-day bike tours. Featured experiences include climbing or ski-touring Mount Kazbek, a 5,054-meter Caucasus peak, with options designed for different levels of mountain experience. The Alpine Project presents its itineraries as carefully developed guided experiences, combining local knowledge with a focus on helping guests pursue their outdoor goals in Georgia.
