The Art of Writing is an educational company that offers unique and engaging Literacy Workshop experiences and products. Our aim is to help students unlock their creativity through the power of Writing and Art Making. We strongly believe in the transformative effect of Visual Arts and Language Arts on children's relationship with literacy and self-expression.

As a Caribbean entity, we deeply appreciate the rich history and the magic of storytelling, which not only allows for individual expression but also connects young minds to the ever-evolving global narrative.

Our team of experienced educators is at the core of our mission. Ms. Kernella Berment, a literacy educator with over 15 years of experience, is passionate about literacy and language skills. She has been a dedicated SEA teacher at a private primary school for the past 10 years and is trained in Methods of Teaching Dyslexics as well as other programs designed to build confident readers and writers.

Ms. Khaffi Beckles, our visual arts educator, holds a Masters in Art and Visual Culture Education from the University of Arizona. With over 7 years of experience, she is committed to making visual arts accessible to all. As a practicing artist herself, she has showcased her work in both group and solo exhibitions locally and abroad.
