Theatre Desk

Theatre Desk is a ticket booking service offering access to theatre, musicals, attractions, tours, and dinner-and-show experiences. Its website invites customers to explore current shows and special offers, with booking information available online. The service also caters to groups, offering discounts for parties of eight or more and inviting organisers to enquire about arrangements. Members can access an exclusive zone with account features including login and profile options.

Theatre Desk aims to provide reassurance when plans change: it states that customers can receive a free exchange or refund if a theatre cancels a show. For other ticket changes, the company will try to arrange an exchange for the same show at the same theatre. A £4.95 fee applies per ticket, and customers are advised to give as much notice as possible, since theatre requirements vary. Optional refund protection is provided by TicketPlan on behalf of Ingresso, with related queries directed to TicketPlan. Customers can contact Theatre Desk by email or telephone for assistance with bookings and ticket exchanges.
