The Baby Coach

The Baby Coach is a baby-feeding support service led by Ingrid Stefaniw, a Brisbane-based certified lactation consultant and registered nurse. She holds a master’s degree and a Graduate Diploma in Neonatal Intensive Care, and brings 16 years of nursing experience, including 12 years in a neonatal intensive care unit. Ingrid supports families in person and online across Australia, offering practical, evidence-based guidance in a warm, non-judgmental manner. Consultations are tailored to each family and baby, whether parents are breastfeeding, bottle-feeding or combining both.

Services include lactation consultations, prenatal breastfeeding guidance, postnatal follow-up and bottle-feeding support. Parents can seek help with breastfeeding techniques, latching difficulties, milk supply, feeding comfort, formula preparation and paced bottle-feeding. Options include home visits, virtual sessions, follow-up consultations and bookings at NAP Care at Mater Private Hospital. Home visits include one week of text support, and packages or multi-session discounts are available. The Baby Coach aims to help parents build confidence and make informed choices throughout their baby’s feeding journey.
