TheBallWorld

The Ball World is a science communication and educational project dedicated to recognizing scientists whose lives and contributions have been overlooked because of gender, race or ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, and other forms of discrimination. Launched in November 2022 with support from the Royal Society of Chemistry’s Inclusion and Diversity Fund, the project aims to put these scientists on the map and make their stories more visible to both the public and the scientific community.

Users can filter the map by country or by collective, helping them discover individuals and learn how their work has influenced science and society.
