With a team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers, family therapists, and art and yoga therapists, we offer a variety of holistic mental health services. From traditional talking therapies to sensory integration, movement, and expressive therapies, we cater to each individual's unique mental health journey. Our services include individual and group trauma-informed counseling, as well as partnerships with outside therapists.

Some services require a referral, while others do not. We are also committed to strengthening the social fabric through our not-for-profit organization, The Base Community, which focuses on enabling social inclusion and providing tools for sustainable wellness.
