About The Basque Market
Welcome to The Basque Market! We are a renowned brand located on the Basque Block in Downtown Boise, Idaho, established in December 2000. Our expertise lies in Basque catering, where we specialize in preparing large paellas for conferences, parties, weddings, anniversaries, and other events. Rain or shine, we showcase our culinary skills by preparing paella from scratch on our patio, which is served at noon every Wednesday and Friday.
You can join us early on the Basque Block to witness the captivating process and indulge in our delicious pintxos/tapas, croquetas, wine, or our frozen white sangria. If you're looking for something more, we also offer a diverse menu of modestly-sized pintxos/tapas that are perfect for sharing.
