The Beehive Learning Academy

The Beehive Learning Academy is a trilingual healthcare provider offering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and families. Its team serves clients in English, French, and Creole, with sessions provided at home, in school, or in the community according to individual and family needs and clinical recommendations.

Services begin with an assessment by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, who identifies strengths and areas for development and helps shape an individualized treatment plan. ABA therapy uses structured, data-informed teaching to support communication, social interaction, self-help, play, and other measurable skills. Approaches may include positive reinforcement, task analysis, prompting and gradual fading, and practice across settings. When challenging behaviors are present, a Functional Behavior Assessment can help guide an intervention plan.

The academy also offers social skills groups focused on skills such as turn-taking, conversation, sharing, and working with others. Parent training and regular progress meetings help families stay involved in the process. For its clinical workforce, Beehive provides Registered Behavior Technician training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development.
