Established in 2011 by the Thebe Investment Corporation (TIC), the foundation follows the principles instilled by its founding fathers, including Nelson Mandela and Walter Sisulu, to view communities as integral partners in business. The foundation supports basic education by targeting areas with limited access to quality education and addressing fundamental educational challenges. They also offer scholarships through the Dr EJ Mabuza Scholarship Fund, honoring Dr Enos Mabuza.
