The Behaviour Wellbeing Clinic

The Behaviour & Wellbeing Clinic is a registered NDIS provider supporting children, adolescents and adults across Parramatta and Western Sydney. Its aim is to help people live safer, more independent and meaningful lives through person-centred, evidence-based support. The clinic tailors its approach to each participant’s strengths, goals, communication style, environment and support needs, with an emphasis on choice, dignity and collaboration.

Services include specialist behaviour support, functional behaviour assessments and positive behaviour support plans, alongside training for families and staff, consultation, monitoring and support to reduce restrictive practices. The clinic also provides support work for daily living, personal care, community participation, skill development and household tasks. Supported Independent Living services help participants build practical skills and autonomy. For people with psychosocial disability, the clinic offers recovery coaching and support coordination to help set goals, navigate NDIS plans and connect with services. Allied health services are also offered. Its practice is informed by current research and guided by neuro-affirming, trauma-informed and ethical principles, with a focus on practical strategies that improve quality of life and everyday participation.
