About The Big Cat Sanctuary
The Big Cat Sanctuary is the leading destination in the UK for extraordinary big cat experiences. Situated in the serene countryside of Smarden, Kent, this sanctuary spans 32 acres of lush grassland. Our primary mission is to protect and conserve endangered big cats, making us a center of excellence for these majestic creatures.
At The Big Cat Sanctuary, we offer a range of experiences that allow visitors to get up close and personal with these incredible animals. From big cat encounters to overnight safari stays and photography experiences, there is something for everyone. Additionally, we host Paul Hollywood Afternoon Teas and open days to give you the opportunity to learn more about our cats and their conservation.
As a registered charity, we are dedicated to preserving the genetic diversity of these species and supporting their return to the wild whenever possible. Join us in our passion for protection, education, and breeding integrity. Come and visit The Big Cat Sanctuary to witness the beauty and majesty of these endangered creatures for yourself
