TBC is a non-profit organization that turns billboards into public art sites. Our goal in this work is two-fold: To help emerging and underrepresented artists break through traditional career bottlenecks by providing exposure to a mass audience and raising their profile with the public and the arts community, and to bring art to city streets making it as accessible as the numerous billboards that we view everyday.â

About The Billboard Creative
The Billboard Creative (TBC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming Los Angeles into a massive art gallery. By replacing advertising with art on billboards at major intersections across the city, TBC aims to bring contemporary art to a wide audience and promote a democratic approach to public art. Their shows feature works from both established artists like Ed Ruscha and Lawrence Weiner, as well as emerging and underrepresented artists chosen through blind submission and curation.
TBC's goal is to inject artistic speech into the urban environment and provide art enthusiasts with access to works that might otherwise go unseen. Through partnerships with cultural institutions and distinguished artists, TBC has continued to grow and expand its reach. Their dedicated team, led by Founding Director Adam Santelli and Creative Director Mona Kuhn, works tirelessly to provide opportunities for artists to share their work with the broadest audience possible.
Join TBC on their mission to connect emerging artists with mass audiences and transform Los Angeles into an open-air gallery. Email asantelli@thebillboardcreative. org for more information
