Theblackhatband

The Black Hat Band is a London-based wedding, party and corporate events band, known for polished live performances, strong vocals and high-energy sets featuring soul, Motown and modern hits. The band aims to create lively celebrations and keep guests on the dance floor, with experience at venues including The O2, the Natural History Museum and The Gherkin.

Clients can choose from several line-ups to suit different events and spaces. Options range from a compact Mighty Duo for ceremonies, drinks receptions and smaller gatherings to a classic five-piece band, a seven-piece ensemble with two horns, or a nine-piece group with two backing singers. The larger line-ups bring added brass, vocals and stage presence.

Packages include two live sets, a PA system and lighting, plus a DJ playlist between sets. The band also offers to learn a first dance song at no extra charge. Its website provides videos, audio, song lists, testimonials and event enquiry options to help clients explore the music and check availability.
